1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777ft ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 777ft website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 777ft platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, the Aviator crash game, slot games, and all promotional offers — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777ft platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to the 777ft platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are accessing the platform as an individual natural person acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other party or as an agent.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a 777ft employee or business partner where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly and unambiguously illegal under applicable local law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 777ft or had an account permanently closed by 777ft for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting under any form of legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into a binding legal agreement.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 777ft platform features, players must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one 777ft account. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, different names, or different payment methods, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777ft platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits: 777ft accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method; current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your 777ft account. Deposits are credited to your playing balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor, subject to any applicable processing times on the payment provider's side.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. 777ft may require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method:

• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Typically 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank

Third-party payments: 777ft strictly prohibits the use of payment methods held in the name of any person other than the registered account holder. Any attempt to use third-party payment arrangements will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 777ft offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all 777ft bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms:

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom that remain subject to wagering requirements after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• Game contributions: Not all game types contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. 777ft reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights already accrued by players who have commenced fulfilment of an applicable promotion's wagering requirements.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted through the 777ft platform:

• Finality of results: All game and betting outcomes are final once the relevant round, event, or market has been settled. 777ft's decision regarding the settlement of any game or bet is final and binding, subject to manifest error.
• Manifest error: 777ft reserves the right to void and re-settle any bet or game outcome that was accepted or settled due to a manifest error in odds, prices, game configurations, or any other technical or human error. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not payable.
• Sports betting: Sports betting markets are governed by 777ft's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Specific rules apply to each sport regarding the settlement of markets in the event of postponement, abandonment, or other exceptional circumstances.
• Live betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to the current state of play at the time the bet is received and confirmed by our system. Bets placed after the outcome has been determined but before the market is closed will be voided.
• Maximum winnings: 777ft applies maximum single-event and aggregate payout limits. These limits are published within the relevant game or sports betting section. Any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit will not be paid out beyond that limit.
• Disconnection policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live game or bet placement, 777ft's system logs the last confirmed game state. The platform is not liable for losses arising from network issues on the player's side.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ft platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of any balance, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held at the time of suspension:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies that are designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome through exploitation of 777ft's promotional offers
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Attempting to launder funds through the 777ft platform or using the platform in connection with any illegal financial activity
• Using payment methods or financial instruments that do not belong to you, or using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed funds to make deposits
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the 777ft platform's technical infrastructure
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other purpose

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 777ft platform, including but not limited to the 777ft brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text content, software, databases, and all other proprietary materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 777ft or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777ft platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any 777ft content without express written authorisation
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on any 777ft proprietary content
• Using any 777ft brand assets, trademarks, or logos for commercial purposes or in a manner that implies endorsement by 777ft

10 Privacy and Data

By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 777ft collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Processing financial transactions and complying with AML and KYC regulatory obligations

11 Responsible Gaming

777ft is committed to operating a responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

12 Account Suspension and Closure

777ft reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where 777ft has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to the interests of other players
• A regulatory obligation or court order requires the suspension or closure of the account
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 777ft will endeavour to complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe. Players whose accounts are suspended will be notified via their registered email address of the suspension and the general reason for it, unless notification itself would prejudice the investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 777ft account may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified withdrawable balance held at the time of closure will be processed to the player's registered payment method.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ft's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the use of the 777ft platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 777ft account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

777ft shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether or not such losses were foreseeable at the time of contracting:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated earnings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss arising from network outages, internet connectivity issues, or technical failures outside 777ft's reasonable control
• Indirect or consequential losses of any description
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information or advice provided on the 777ft platform that does not constitute a contractual representation

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777ft's liability for death or personal injury caused by 777ft's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Amendments to Terms

777ft reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects players' rights or obligations — 777ft will provide reasonable advance notice of the change via the registered email address associated with each active account and/or by displaying a prominent notification on the 777ft platform.

Non-material amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by changes in applicable law or regulation, may be implemented without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777ft holds its international gaming authorisation.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 777ft, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably in the first instance. Players who wish to raise a formal complaint should do so by contacting the 777ft support team in writing, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the outcome sought. 777ft will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a full resolution response within 28 days.
